Miserable heating situation in the caves during cold nights!!! A fireplace that took forever to light instead of proper heating makes for a chilly experience!!! Employees might want to consider being a bit more interested when guests express discomfort!!!

Greatly enjoyed amazing breakfast, perfect and absolutely fantastic room.

Location: the hotel was next to picturesque old town Goreme, and Cappadocia for 4 days and 3 nights. The service was good, the staff were nice. The room we had included satellite TV, climate control and a personal safe.

The units are big size with terrace.

The view from the terrace was stunning. Each morning, we enjoyed our breakfast while watching the hot air balloons rise over the amazing landscape. It was such a good way to start the day! The location was convenient, with easy access to the town and nearby attractions like the Goreme Open Air Museum, which was just a short walk away. It was a nice stay, and I can't recommend this spot enough for anyone visiting the area.

I have stayed in an a double room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and an individual safe.

Staying at charming cave was just amazing! The views of the hot air balloons were amazing. The room was beautifully clean, and we loved the unique underground ensuite. The breakfast was tasty and filling! The location was perfect, close to the local museum.

Best breakfast ever!

The so-called 'superior' service was non-existent. The room's shower leaked, and the staff were less than helpful. I expected a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience but got a rude employee instead. Oh, and breakfast was a battle with wasps-what a pleasant start to the day. Could've been a lovely experience, but it was really quite disappointing.

Staying at this charming cave hotel was a good experience. Especially Irfan and Ibrahim, who helped us arrange a fantastic horse riding adventure suited to our family's skill levels. The terrace views of the hot air balloons at sunrise were amazing.

My wife says that the spiral staircase to the bathroom was a bit of a hassle for us.

We booked a horse riding tour where the guides were super helpful, matching horses to our skill levels. The cooking class killed it, whether you're a pro or a rookie. Don't miss the amazing views from the rooftop terrace, we even saw hot air balloons at sunrise! It was a cozy atmosphere with really good breakfast options.

Our only minor hiccup was a slight delay in the airport transfer arrangements, but since everything else went smoothly, it didn't overshadow our experience.

The views from the terrace are fine, especially with hot air balloons floating above in the mornings. Breakfast features a generous array of options, including delicious smoked fish and freshly made Turkish pancakes. There was a hiccup with the cleaning schedule on one day, as the room wasn't attended to until late, inconvenient. The wifi connection was spotty at times. Nonetheless, the family-run atmosphere and attentive staff were great.

Our time in Goreme was lovely! The room was so good, and Irfan's attention to detail. Breakfast on the rooftop offered amazing views and delicious options. Don't miss the hot air balloon ride for amazing scenery.
